MILTON, N.Y.– U.S. Representative Elise Stefanik, NY-21 is endorsing Scott Ostrander for re-election as Town of Milton Supervisor, Saratoga County.
“I am proud to endorse Scott Ostrander for Milton Town Supervisor. Scott has a long and successful record of unparalleled service to the Town of Milton, a place he has called home for over five decades. Scott’s experience as a Board Member and Town Supervisor, coupled with his experience as a Police Officer make him the best choice for this election. Scott is ready to lead by listening to all residents and will always prioritize transparency and responsibility. Please join me in supporting Scott Ostrander for Town Supervisor on November 2nd to bring leadership back to the Town of Milton” said Congresswoman Elise Stefanik.
Ostrander has been a resident of the Saratoga County Town of Milton for over 54 years, was previously the Town Supervisor and has served within the Village of Ballston Spa Police Department from 1987 to present. Once married, Ostrander continued to raise his family in the Town he calls home.
“In six short years, Stefanik has led through the most challenging spending processes we have ever faced on national and state levels; her confidence in me, to do the same, is humbling. I know how deeply she understands the task of fiscal responsibility and the hard work it takes to manage it.
Gas prices are higher than ever and heating costs this winter expected to soar. Milton cannot afford an additional tax, let alone a tax increase that will double the property taxes for homeowners as proposed by the current Supervisor. I will work with our Congresswoman to find solutions to these problems and the vital issues impacting our senior community, Milton families and businesses to put our town back on the path to success,” said Ostrander.
